flougar

n. (flew-ger) a combination of a single, hot female in her late 30's and up, aka cougar, and a bar-fly. Flougar could easily be misread as a combiniation of flour and sugar. So much the better.

Wow, that woman at the end of the bar is hot, but she's in here all the time. What a flougar!
