Someone who drives in the middle lane of a motorway thinking its okay cos I am doing 75 mph , when there is no one on the inside lane to overtake, so all commercial traffic has to slow up to manouvere around them, causing ensuing chaos for several miles while they sit there oblivious to the flashing headlights and horns blaring. Most truck and van drivers mouth the words " what a fuckin' cock!" Seen regularly on britains motorway network causing accidents, particularly prevalent on bank holiday weekends
Cock Rover drivers, Cock 4 x 4 drivers,old people, women drivers, sales execs, twats with cruise control fitted, people who will not move over under ANY circumstance, they just slow down and speed up as trucks pull out in front of them.Also known as wankers.
