The act of draping one's scrotum over an individual's peepers. Why is this called giving someone "Moon Goggles" you ask? Because when looking directly at a solar eclipse, one will find it is painful to the unprotected eyes. Looking through a stretched, veiny ballsack acts as a buffer to filter out harmful UV rays. The first planet you see (besides the nads on your brow) is the moon. You're using this skin as goggles. Ergo, you have donned "Moon Goggles".
Dude #1: Hey look! A solar eclipse! Someone get me some Moon Goggles! Blah blah blah and all that noise.
