A word commonly use in east Africa, specifically SouthSudan. Belonging to the Nuer tribes. It means Beautiful/handsome/pretty. Can also be a name.

“Do you see that girl? She's such a balang.”
“Did you see Balang today? He wasn’t in class earlier.”
