Vanderson Syndrom is when you think you're better than everyone else because you play guitar, have long hair, like Nascar, always in a grumpy mood and have private parties no one is allowed to.
Person 1--Hey man! Kern has been acting so dumb lately!
Person 2-- Yeah dood, he must have Vanderson Syndrom, dumb long hair having hillbilly!!
