First definition was correct. It's a cough syrup with Codine (however you spell it). Along with every drug, there is the street syrup which the dealers make themselves.

Red - Weakest
Purple - Middle
Yellow - FUCKS YOU UP!

I was pourin' syrup and being on lean all weekend.
