Green Burrito 

A man puts his penis into a woman (or man's) asshole while the taker has to defecate. The taker then defecates and then sucks the poo off the penis.

Then, they make out.

"Mmm, baby, I have to poo."

"I'm in the mood for a green burrito." ;)
