A facility that employ's "counselors" to "help you" but their main objective is to harass,manipulate and brainwash. Also known as a cult.
Michelle: Hey Paul, Have you been to the YMCA Counseling Service? I heard they help children, teenagers and parents alike!
Paul: No, I have not but my cousin Jack did and he was brainwashed!
