ABHTCAQ

𝗔 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗔 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿
refers to a clip of an amateur production of the musical Newsies in which one actor delivers the line, "A barbershop haircut that costs a quarter," in the song "King of New York.".

Besides the literal meaning, perhaps ABHTCAQ 💔 can be used like SYBAU 💔 but more niche, due to the effect his majestic voice had on taking over the whole theatre
Person1: Oh boy, I sure do need a haircut, but I only have a quarter

Person2: I know where you can get ABHTCAQ down the street
