A word which commonly mis-pronounced "douche". Both have the same meaning, although dowche is more notably associated with Alan Garner of "The Hangover" and his pronunciation of words such as "re-tard."

Alan: "what a dowche, look at that re-tard....CLASSIC!"
Phil: "wtf..."
