A cross between a nigga and a wog, use to insult black people, but is technically inexistent and so cannot the user cannot be accountable for racism

Guy: damn you're a stupid fucking wogga!
Black guy: omfg you going court for racism boi!
Judge: "wogga" isnt a real word fool! get ur BSing arse outa my face biatch!
