1. My ex repeatedly apologized and begged for months to have a phone call after breaking up with me out of the blue. When I finally caved (once again) and agreed on a time he went ANAB as usual, leaving me to play the waiting game while he chose to finish his new countertops instead without any heads up; In this moment the emotional trauma bonds finally broke, and I found the courage to cut his supply and block him out of my life completely.
