This definition is alternate meaning to this term different from what was coined in “A Hard Day’s Night.” version of the “shocker” but doing the same while having your mouth on the clitoris and providing stimulation to the same.

Sally told her friend Katey that her “F-buddy” Brian surprised her that afternoon by starting with my favorite the “shocker” but then he mouthed my clit and turned it into my new favorite, the “mocker.”
