Jacques Webster or better known as Travi$ Scott is a rapper and record producer based from Houston, Texas. He released an EP "Owl Pharaoh" in 2013, followed by a mixtape in 2014, "Days Before Rodeo", and on the day of this definition being added (September 4th, 2015) he realeased his debut album "Rodeo".
