Acronym for "Big Dirty Slut Bag". Used to describe an unappealing female, usually of a large frame and fairly permiscuous.

Bill: "Hey Fred, word has it that you tried to nail Mandy last night."

Fred: "Bitch, please. She's a BDSB, I wouldn't touch her."
