Typical name for an italian immigrant in Sweden. Often regarded as "terroneaktig", which means that Adrian's often times don't really fit in with society. However, shouting "Adrian" is not intended to be a rude or an offensive statement, as the terrones are well ok with the phrase and call themselves terrones ALL the time.
