1. Deriviation of "nice", to describe something as being very good.
2. Can also be used to mean the opposite, similiar in usage to bad.

1. "Dude, I totally boned that chick from the club last night."
"Noich!"

2. "That chick from the club gave me the herp man."
"Noich!"
