The female version of freeballing or going commando; wearing no underwear.

Example One:

Amber: "Hey Tamera, those pants are pretty tight, aren't you worried about pantylines?"

Tamera: "No, I'm wildcatting."

Example Two:

Veronica: "It's laundry day so I'm wildcatting."
