To be extremely intoxicated from copious amounts of alcohol.

Person 1: "Do you remember anything that happened last night?"
Person 2: "Nah, nothing. I was totally karened outta my mind."

Coworker 1: "Why is Jill sleeping on top of the fax machine?"
Coworker 2: "Oh, don't mind her. she's probably still karened from last night"
