An insult used to throw an enemy off guard as they ponder why any one would feel the need to stretch a camel.

Guy: You're such an asshole man!
another guy: Yeah well you are a camel stretcher!
Guy:???

(Becomes confused enough for a finishing blow or a quick get away)
