One eye blink. Not to be mistaken for winking, OEBing is blinking with one eye on accident. When you see someone blink with one eye uncontrollably you should tell them that they OEBed.
“Melissa I just saw you OEB.”
“What’s that?”
“It’s a one eye blink.”
“You mean winking?”
“No an OEB happens uncontrollably”
