the act of being permanently sexy. Sexy that only has the excuse of your parents genetic makeup.

If you are sick but still sexy in some sweat pants and a t shirt... you are permasexy. If you didn't put makeup on yet someone still wants to bone you...you are permasexy. If you are trashed at a bar looking rough and a SOBER person wants to take you home...you are permasexy. Ashley McLaughlin...permasexy.
