Ham Dawg 

The state of being after consuming excessive amounts of alcohol.

When at a party, if a moderator (one who gets the attention of an audience) yells "Who's Ham Dawg!?!" Then the proper response from the audience is for all members to throw both hands in the air and scream "YEAAA!!!" until they run out of breath.
