A rude little snot who will cause trouble or disrespect people. When called out for her actions she accuses her victim of being a Karen. They are notorious for pulling out their cell phones to record and screaming "Dont touch me" in an attempt to make appear that they are being attacked.

Kelsey is having a meltdown because a customer asked her for some help.
