Someone who is sort of like a retard but completes tasks and communicates much slower

Boss - Hey Michelle, how are those briefing notes going? You know we have a dealine to meet?

Michelle - Sorry boss, yes I know. The thing is i've been really busy chatting to this young hot dude and it's driving me crazy!

Boss - Look Michelle, stop being a fucking SLOWTARD and get on with it otherwise you're being sent to the Armadale office!
