A teen who believes they are an adult because of their chronological age. However this person is not yet an adult by virtue of their actual maturity, worldview or ability to take care of themselves.

KiowaJillian won't pay for her own housing, food or clothing but she can VOTE! What a fadult.

An ideal situation - such as actual friends that help each other and maybe even provide moral support and professional assistance with the added benefit of sex.
