A combination of a melvin and a wedgie, in which a person or persons apply a firm grip to both the front side and back side of a victim's underwear and then lift the undergarment forcefully in order to drive it cuttingly into the soft tissues of both the groin and the buttocks division.
You thought Johnny Caligula, the captain of the football team, would let you off with a wedgie; but his lieutenant and offensive lineman "Sturm" was with him, so you were afflicted with a doubly-painful melvedgie.
