Hitting on, or 'wheeling', underage girls. Word made famous from a guy called 'Steven Macdouggle' who attends anime and comic conventions in the Toronto area to hit on girls twelve to nineteen.
If you are being followed around by him, and your friends are telling you he is asking questions about you when you are not around, you are being 'douggled'.
