A state in which a person is so intoxicated they need to be removed from the premises via a wheelchair—usually by property owners looking to avoid further liability or damages.
The casino decided Mark was wheelchair drunk after he rocket booted all over the slot machine. They rolled him to the curb and dropped him off.
