To sit doing nothing like a lump of jelly vegetating. To be comatose or dormose.

"Are you OK? You look comatose."
"Yeah, fine. I'll just jellivate for a bit."

To sit, or otherwise lounge around, doing not a lot as if one is still asleep or having a struggle to wake up.

"I feel particularly dormose today."
