An amazing program created by Goldie Hawn. MindUP is based firmly in neuroscience and teaches the skills and knowledge children need to regulate their stress and emotion, form positive relationships, and act with kindness and compassion. The program was rebranded as “MindUP for Life” in 2021 with the addition of courses for educators, adults, parents, families and all individuals.
