oyster egg

A modified term for "Easter egg." Used by those who for some reason do not wish to use the Christian-tinged word "Easter."

Perhaps the use of the word "oyster" is due to the fact that oysters are able to change their sex depending on the temperature.

There's a fun little oyster egg to watch for as a bonus!
