Someone, preferably a fangirl on fanboy, who is both a fan of the popular British TV shows "Doctor Who" and "Sherlock". You never mention anything about "Bad Wolf", falling, "the Ponds", or jumping off a building for they will start crying uncontrollably. It is combined with the two words "Whovian[" and "Sherlocked". It is also used in the [word "SuperWhoLocked".
