Keriya also pronounce as Kariya has the same meaning as " Semen Man" in Sinhalese(A Slang).Word " Keri" / " Kari" means semen.By adding an "ya" to the end of the word,You can call someone "semen man" in Sinhalese.However it doesnt make any sense to say Kariya to a woman because "ya" doesnt sound like female.You better say Keri lady instead of saying keriya to a lady.
