One who becomes increasingly more racist the more alcohol they consume.

After two beers Joey is comfortable saying racial slurs behind closed doors, by the sixth beer he is yelling them on stage in drag bars. "Oh geez that guy is such a spoober, every beer he drinks he says a new racial slur!"
