Dirty foot bitches (n.) A female who try's to wear high heels to look sexy but is clearly struggling to do so, resulting in the removal of her shoes to walk around on the dirty ass streets where diseases such as HIV-AIDS and ring worm will surely be picked up. D.F.B.'s are most commonly seen in clubs or bar strips such as YBOR.
