Snide mockery used against anyone seen running, especially out of need, anger, fear, confusion, etc. The greater the desperation, the funnier it is.

(Sees city bus pulling away down the street)
Tim: "Oh, shit! That's my bus! "
(goes flying after the bus)
Me: "Run Forrest RUN!"
