One who is legit, does work (notably of a legit nature), and is often found talking shit to passers-by, and giving out crisp, fresh slaps to naysayers.

Douche in shirt tucked in to jeans: Hey man, why is that guy so legit and always making people laugh? I want him to slap me in the face!

Legit friend: Dude's a Cartlidge, bro. Work is his thing.
