Tuftus

An unusual patch of thick, coarse pubic hair that can sometimes develop on a the taint of an adult male. It is usually the result of hormone imbalances but can also develop after the body has been exposed to multiple sexually transmitted diseases.

"Ever since I developed this tuftus, my girlfriend refuses to go down on me."
"I've grown to enjoy having a tuftus, it catches the santorum and keeps it from dripping all over the floor."
