German slang for Gonorrhea.

I was hanging out with my buddy Nate and he seemed like he was feeling down. I asked him what was wrong and with sad eyes he looked at me and said "I think that bitch gave me something, when I pee it burns and sperm comes out."

I was like "No dude, that ain't sperm, that's puss. It sounds like to me you caught Syngergy!"
