Cas-social, a french word for someone that has social help from the government, used jockingly to talk about people that do crazy things or misbehave in class.

Comes from the "guetteurs", people that are paid to watch out for the police in a drug selling area. It simply means "look at" in french.

Guette la paire de seins frère.

Translation : Bro check those tits out./Bro look at those tits.
