Hotser

A spectacularly unsuccessful individual whose attempts at popularity or desirability result in conspicuous and often embarrassing failure, thereby elevating their status as a 'loser' to an almost iconic level; one who is intensely and undeniably a failure.

To bad he's such a "Hotser" other wise i'd hit it.
