Mind rape occurs whenever one's brain feels as though it has been assaulted viciously by some event or thing in reality. People are particularly susceptible to mind rape if they are on almost any kind of illicit substance (ie, LSD).
"I went to Subway today and saw a roach climb up a guy's leg at the counter. Hilary Duff's new single was playing on the radio and a smelly 14-year-old fat chick made my sandwich for me. It was hardcore mind rape."
