A threat that comes after a command. It has no meaning. Usually followed by Or else what?

"Go make me a sandwich. OR ELSE."

"Or else what?"

"I'll fuse Carrot Top and Pauly Shore and, uh...George W, Bush to your head. Oh, and Hitler's big toe. And maybe Ryan Seacrest's bald scalp."

"I'm goin', I'm goin'."
