JunkMailDog's definitions
Someone who is not skilled in anything, no matter how long they practice, and is someone with a strong for pants. Can also be applied to someone who is streaking due to the person not having any pants.
Guy A: Wow, you've been practicing your craft for 15 years?!
A Fung: Yeah, it's really difficult and I can't get the basics down. But I feel like I do better when I don't have any pants. I really hate pants anyway, they can be distracting to have on.
Guy A: Just like with all your other hobbies?
A Fung: Yeah
Guy A: Wow, you're like a Fung.
At a baseball game:
Commentator: And folks, looks like we have a Fung running on the field. Everybody shield your eyes, especially the children.
