Nightmeat is any type of meat (usually red meat) that are left overs and are eaten in the middle of the night. Nightmeat can be meat such as tri-tip, steak, ribs, etc... it is usually easy to grab and eat on the go, in such fashion that you can grab a piece of nightmeat out of the fridge and enjoy it while going on your way. This is especially true for ambulance personnel who have to wake up in the middle of the night and eat in the middle of the night.
“make sure there are leftovers so there’s nightmeat!”
