Greasy Shaft

A dick that has been inside a bunch of gross girls. You can usually tell when someone has a greasy shaft by just looking at them. The more grease on top, the more on the shaft.

Mike: Dude Kevin is nasty.
Tom: Kevin definitely has the greasy shaft.
