A Hostess brand cake; OR, Shitting on someone's chest, smashing it down to form a round cake-like shape, then jizzing on it to create the curly frosting.

Jourdyn- "hey baby, wanna give me a ding dong tonight?'
Joe- "Only if you'll eat it this time!"
