The act of putting it on (a condom) before getting it on.

Guy1: My girl will not let me anywhere near her these days unless I Glove Up.
Guy3: Are you kidding? You have to Glove Up Man! I'm so careful I won't even touch my girl without mittens, forget about a glove!
