The biggest suck-up you'll ever know.
Also used to describe a person who's arrogant, annoying, irritating, retarded, an asshole, someone who needs to get a life, etc.
Synonym of douchebag.

Girl - "Haha, you can't sing that good... Sorry".
Kwart - "You know what? You can't sing, you're ugly, you're hated, and you'll never get a guy".
Girl - *runs off crying*
People around that incident - "Dude, that guy is such a kwart!"
